描述

招标内容:实时动态GNSS测量系统本招标书(“RFT”)是邀请潜在投标人就提供实时动态GNSS测量系统提交投标书，详见第二部分-交付物(“交付物”)。该RFT是由安大略省的女王陛下以交通部长(“部”)为代表颁发的。合同类型:被选中的投标人将被要求以附录A所示的形式与商务部就交付物的提供达成协议。该部的意图是，仅与一个(1)法人实体签订作为本RFT附录A的协议形式。本协议的有效期自协议签署之日起至2008年3月17日合同完成之日止。预计该协议将在2月28日左右,执行2008背景信息:本招标要求适用于购买五(5)实时运动学GNSS调查系统(以下简称购买)包括:·十(10)GNSS调查单位作为部分中描述;·B部分中描述的五(5)个GNSS测量系统的附加设备;·C部分所述的GNSS软件八(8)份;·D部分所述的GNSS培训; OR, for the purchase of three (3) Real-Time Kinematic GNSS Survey Systems (hereinafter referred to as Purchase B) comprising: · Six (6) GNSS survey units as described in Part A; · Additional equipment for three (3) GNSS Survey Systemsas described in Part B; · Five (5) copies of GNSS software as described in Part C; · GNSS training as described in Part D; Each Real-Time Kinematic GNSS Survey System will consist of two (2) Identical GNSS Survey units as described in Part A. Bidders should obtain full RFT from MERX for full tender details. The Following is the Schedule for this RFT: Issue Date of RFP February 6, 2008 Proponents Deadline for Questions 12:00 p.m. February 13, 2008 Deadline of Issuing Addendum 4:00 p.m. February 15, 2008 Tender Submission Deadline February 22, 2008 at 11:00:00 am (Toronto Time) Vendors to Obtain Request for Tender (RFT) Only Through MERX. This Tender is available only through MERX, the electronic tendering system used by the Province of Ontario. For further information about MERX, call 1-800-964-MERX or visit the MERX website at www.merx.com. The Bid forms supplied by the Ministry MUST be used, submitted in a sealed envelope, and in the possession of the Ontario Shared Services, Corporate Procurement Policy & Planning Branch.
