雷切尔·希金斯（Rachel Higgins）is a public affairs specialist, with 15 years’ experience of working in and engaging with all levels of government in the UK. As Policy Manager at Ordnance Survey, she supports OS’s strategic relationships into government, and the coordination and execution of public affairs activity, working closely with Directors and senior officials within the business to maximise the impact of engagement with government and wider customers.
